Loggin in to your Account at Comindware website

In order to manually activate your on premise Comindware product keys, access your license details, run cloud instance backups or adjust your Comindware subscription(s) settings, you need to have an account registered at the Comindware website.

The only way to register a user account at a Comindware website is to sign up for a free trial of one of Comindware products.

Thus, you can tell if you have an account by checking whether you registered for a trial version of any of the Comindware products. In order to log in to your account, open the website in your browser, enter your credentials and click on the «Sign in» button.


Note : If you don’t remember your credentials, use your email (the one your Comindware Tracker instance is registered to) as login name and follow the «Forgot password?» procedure.

In the left navigation pane you will see the sections available to you:

  • My company — your company's profile;
  • Products and Subscriptions — your company's subscriptions; 
  • Knowledgebase — link to Comindware Knowledgebase;
  • Support Requests — your company's support tickets, where you can also create one.

At any time you can go back to the account and check the status of your trial and/or raise a support ticket.
