Description
To remove Comindware Outlook Add-In manually you need to follow these steps:
1. Open Windows Registry Editor by pressing Start>Run and typing "regedit' without quotes
2. Find and delete the following keys:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Comindware.Outlook.2010
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\FormRegions\IPM.Contact.Comindware
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\FormRegions\IPM.Task.Comindware
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Comindware.Outlook.2010
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\FormRegions\IPM.Contact.Comindware
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\FormRegions\IPM.Task.Comindware
Keep in mind that Registry editing is potentially dangerous action which can make your system unbootable. It is highly recommended to make backup of your server before any registry manipulations.
3. Run clean up utility located in
C:\Users\<current user>\AppData\Local\Comindware\Outlook Add-In4. Delete the following folder with add-in files: C:\Users\<current user>\AppData\Local\Comindware|Outlook Add-In
Please note that deleting Comindware Outlook Add-In manually will delete all of your tasks from Microsoft Outlook. They will remain intact within the Comindware interface though and will be synchronized back to Microsoft Outlook once you reinstall Comindware Outlook Add-In.
